Completely Comprehensive

A fully comprehensive contract combines callback coverage with regular preventive maintenance visits and automatic replacements of consumable items. It provides an automatic replacement for the components of your installations subject to wear within their proven lifetime. This type of contract is ideal for new installations and is designed to complement, with minimal duplication, your original manufacturer’s warranty.

Semi-Comprehensive

A Semi-Comprehensive contract combines our basic coverage, preventive service program, and the typical interval of elevators and escalators, as well as providing spare parts at a lower cost.

Non-Comprehensive

Our basic coverage, which includes maintenance and adjustments, is a Non-Comprehensive contract. allowing access, at an additional charge, to our breakdown and repair services. The typical interval of Elevator and escalator regular service is one month.

Service Marine Elevator

SAFA LINE is providing maintenance services for marine elevators, which can be summarized in the following points:

  • Periodic visits will perform a check of all safety and vital elements of the elevators, as well as all necessary adjustments of those parts that are required.
  • On every visit, we will perform the greasing and cleaning of all elements that are required due to their features using lubricants.
  • SAFA LINE will attend to all call-out notices to correct the failures of the elevator and put it back into normal and safe operation.
